The CanSURVIVE Research Group has engaged members of the public in focus groups and multi-day deliberative forums.  In Canada’s publically funded healthcare system, it’s important to ask the public to help identify important trade-offs when allocating limited funds across health and other social priorities. There are no public engagements planned at this time.

We are actively developing strategies for collaboration and input from cancer survivors and members of the public to ensure their voices are incorporated into our research to shape priorities so they align closely with the needs and experiences of the communities we aim to support. Stay tuned for updates as we build this important component of our engagement initiatives.
