Dr. Stuart Peacock

Stuart Peacock is Professor and Leslie Diamond Chair in Cancer Survivorship in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University. He is Co-Director of the Canadian Centre for Applied Research in Cancer Control (ARCC), a Distinguished Scientist in the Department of Population Health Sciences at BC Cancer, and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences.

Meera Rayar

Meera Rayar is a pediatric hematologists/oncologist at BC Children’s Hospital and Co- Principal Investigator of the CAYACS Program. She completed her medical training at McMaster University and a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at the Hospital for Sick Children.

Agnes Lai

Agnes Lai is a Cancer Surveillance & Outcomes Analyst and the Program Manager for CAYACS. She holds an MSc in Interdisciplinary Oncology from the University of British Columbia.

Colene Bentley

Colene Bentley is a Senior Methodologist in qualitative research. She holds a PhD from McGill University.

Diego Sanchez

Diego Sanchez is a physician and Health Services Researcher. He holds an MPH from Simon Fraser University

Nicola Bai

Nicola Bai is a Health Economist. She holds a PhD in Pharmacology and an MSc in Health Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Sara Izadi-Najafabadi

Sara Izadi-Najafabadi is a Post-doctoral Fellow with a PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia. Her research focuses on cancer patients’ experiences with healthcare services across BC.

Jan Filart is a Student Trainee for CAYACS, working on the school reintegration project as a data analyst. He is pursuing a BSc in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University
